Its almost certainly broken exhaust maniifold screws. Almost every 4th gen Ram with s hemi will have this problem at some point. Ive owned 3 4th gen rams, and 1 hemi powered Durango. Ive replaced broken manifold screws in all of them. Twice in my 2010 bighorn. My current truck is a 2013 sport. The steering box is from a later first gen Nova and is controlled by an Ididit steering column.
